For the latest quarter, income from continuing operations attributable to CVS Caremark was US$967 million, compared with US$814 million a year ago. CVS has raised and narrowed its guidance of adjusted EPS of US$3.32 to US$3.38 for the full year 2012, from its previous guidance of US$3.23 to US$3.33. The company also raised its guidance of GAAP diluted earnings per share from continuing operations to US$3.09 to US$3.15 for the full year 2012, from its previous guidance of US$3.01 to US$3.11.
