Transocean LTD (NYSE:RIG): By the end of last trading session, the Transocean (NYSE:RIG) shares dropped 4.97% (or US$0.93) to US$17.79 with about 19.87 million shares exchanged hands for the session, compared to its average volume of 13.08 million shares. Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI): By the end of last trading session, the Sirius XM (NASDAQ:SIRI) shares slid 0.57% (or US$0.02) to US$3.47 with about 25.45 million shares exchanged hands for the session, compared to its average volume of 25.97 million shares. The firm declared that it has decided to pay US$3.8 million to settle complaints that it misguided customers with its billing and advertising practices. The money will be divided between 46 states and the District of Columbia. The firm declared that those in four states, Hawaii, California, Wyoming and New York, can’t apply for a refund. As part of the settlement, the firm decided to make some changes to its business, including sending notices and developing its cancellation process before automatic renewals.
